No matter how loyal your customers are - that kind of behavior is going to be problematic - I suggest going to another location until they get this resolved.◊◊ Qualified Purchasers receive an Apple Gift Card when they purchase an eligible Mac or iPad at a Qualifying Location. I am an apple fan and I use I-phones for my business but fine it difficult to sit for 3 hours watching people run by me when I have an actual appointment. Our guy actually went on break and left us at the genis bar counter for a 1/2 hour with a phone that was basically doing NOTHING at all. Also, they need to stop jumping from one customer to another to keep the flow going if that means they leave the customer they have hanging. the wireless is parceled out to different stations and potentially the genius bar does not have access to enough wifi horsepower. I think there is another issue as well - the internet is not the best at this location.

This place has really changed over the last few years - the last two times I was there it was way understaffed and the staff moved away to help others without finishing the work on the product for the customer and then came back "surprised" that the data didn't load or the phone (in our case) didn't update the software so it was not possible to load the personal profile.
